    July 24, 2006

    Board members present: Tommy Taylor, Jeff Eckley, Rose Klein, Myrna Coleman, and Kris
    Meek.

    Super Saver was only willing to donate frozen pies which no one is willing to bake during this
    heat wave so Jeff Eckley will buy $3 pies from Wal-Mart. He will also buy prizes from Wal-
    Mart for the cannonball contest. Jeff Eckley has lined up Runza to be the food vendor for the
    party and has gotten Coca Cola to donate a bunch of cases of Daisani water.
