Boondi Raita Ingredients Boondi 75 grams Yogurt 1cup Salt to taste Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon Roasted coriander powder 1/8 teaspoons Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

Method: Pre soak boondi in warm water for 10 minute. Whisk yogurt till smooth. Add salt,half the roasted cumin seed powder and coriander powder and chilli powder. Handsqueeze boondi, and mix in yogurt. Garnish with the remaining powder and serve.
