1st Minute Meeting of Boy Brigade Date: 24 July 2012 Time: 8.00 p.m.

Robert Sia( Assistant treasurer) 7. Simon Ting( Member Comitee) Absent with apologize : Ali Bin Awang 1.WELCOMING ADDRESS BY CHAIRMANPERSON The chairman thanked all the members for their presence. He highlighted that the main purpose of the meeting is to discuss on the FOUR day trips activities which will held on 5 November 2012. The main purpose of this trip is to foster the relationship between the members and gain the experiences to Penang. Lastly, the chairman demanded all the participants gave the full of cooperation to committee member. 2.ACTIVITIES DURING THE TRIP The organizer will purchase enough food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the third days, the food is no provided, because we will go to eat the food in Penang such as Nasi Kandar, Laksa, Char Koay Teow, Hokkien Mee and so on. Action: Peter Wong We will live in Paramount hotel( 10 persons in one room). Action: Ong Seng Teck The vans are ranted so that we can go the place we had planned without any resist. Action: Samuel Tiong According to our planned, we depart at 10.00 p.m (16 August2012)and arrived at the hotel at 7.00 a.m(16 August 2012) in the morning. At 9.00a.m we go to the streets of the George Town. During 12.00a.m-1.00a.m take the lunch. After that, go to National Park ( Muka Head) until 4.00 p.m . Back to the hotel at 5.00 p.m. At 5.00p.m -8.00p.m take the rest and the dinner.

Next , go to flea markets dan pasar malam. At 11.00p.m go to hotel and sleep.Action :Simon Ting Second days, after we have the taken the breakfast , we are going to Penang Hill and butterfly farm. Until 12.00 p.m we take the lunch. At 1.00 p.m the place we want to go is the places of worship. At 5.00 p.m go to hotel take the dinner and break. Go to modern shopping malls at 8.00p.m. At 11.00 p.m is the time go to bed. Action: Robert Sia Third days, after we eat the dinner we prepare to go back. 3.FUNDS THAT ARE REQUIRED Treasure report: Saving account remains RM800. The checking account has a balance RM 850. Total members participate in this trip are 30 people. Each person need to submit RM 150 for the fees. Action Tan Chee Onn 4.OTHER MATTERS The form of approval from parents will be given as a prove. All the participant must obey the rule and on time go to sleep. Besides that, if there is an accident must report to the chairman immediately.
