 The first day of my mini-trip in Parisian
For my first day of the trip, firstly, I woke up at 8:00 at home, and then I
brushed my teeth and washed my face in the bathroom, then I dressed up
beautifully and made up in my room. After that I waited for my boyfriend who
drove his car to my home. At 9:30, we met up to pack our luggage into the car,
then we had steamed rice noodle rolls breakfast together and we drank soy milk
in the restaurant.
Next, we crossed the bridge from Macau to Taipa Island by car. The first
visiting spot was Teamlab Supernature Macao which was located in Venetian
Hotel. Literally, it is a ‘body immersive’ art space centered around a group of
artworks and is an extremely complex, three-dimensional interactive space
with varying elevations that spans 5,000 square meters. It has several of
themes of the artworks, like the light of flowers .of the ocean, a serious of light
sculptures and so on. We parked our car in the parking lot and went to buy the
tickets at around 10:30. After that, we visited the extremely large art space center
and we took numerous photos inside. We visited the teamlab for around 2 hours.
Then we had lunch in Coloane Island. I ate a dish of fried egg with BBQ
source pork and my boyfriend had a bowl of curry beef rice. After we got some
energy, we drove to our destination Parisian Hotel to check-in.
When we arrived at entrance of the hotel, it was so stunning and bravo!
There are two sides of the check-in spaces, one of it is colored with red and gold
design and it held up many gorgeous pictures on the wall. The other side is
painted as dark blue and gold, it seemed like so luxurious. We lined up to wait
for the check-in services. At around 2:30, we got our room key and decided to
stay inside to take a rest first. Our room was upgraded as a suit room, we had a
king size bed in the bedroom, beside the bedroom, it was a huge restroom. In the
restroom, there was a shower space, a bath space and a toilet space for us. Also,
there was a small door to go into the big closet and was a large mirror next to the
closet. The living room was opposite to the bedroom and there was a soft and
fabulous sofa. We watched TV for a while and dressed up our swimming clothes
to play. We got down from thirteenth floor to the fifth floor by lift and then we
crossed a very long corridor in order to go to the swimming pool. It was so
magnificent that you could stay there for a whole day because you could see the
Eiffel Tower view with the great weather behind the pool. You could enjoy the
sunshine all day.
After swimming, we visited the Eiffel Tower to look at the evening view of the
Taipa Island. It was so brilliant and impressive because you could see the scene
of the airport, the mountain, the casinos, the building. At 8:30, we had dinner at
the French restaurant. We ate the fried cheese for the appetizer and chose two
main dishes which were a dish of beef tenderloin and a dish of pork with Black
Pepper sauce. Those were so tasty and yummy. Finally, we backed to our room
and took a bath. Then we went to sleep.

After I read this endangered species, I came out an idea in my mind. As I

remembered that there was a terrible bushfires occurred in Australia from late 2019
to early 2020. It caused thousands of animals died and hurt, and countless plants
were damaged through the wildfires. Especially for the Koalas, this gigantic tragedy
threatens Koalas as the endangered species now.
In the past few years, the Koalas population had declined by 66% already in
terms of different kinds of reasons such as excessive land cleaning, natural diseases,
wild animals attack and road deaths. According to some past research figures of AKF
(Australian Koala Foundation), they believed that there were less than 100,000 Koalas
left in the wild. It made Koalas face the serious issue of extinction in its natural
habitat. Besides, the catastrophic bushfires killed almost 5,000 to even 10,000
Koalas in Australia. To be more precious, this tremendous tolls are nearly equaled to
one-third of the wild population.
Consequently, the government and the citizen in Australia should figure out the
conservation policy or laws to save the population of Koalas immediately. To avoid
more wild animals to become endangered species, everyone in the global world
should take their responsibility to protect animals and the environment.
Lesson 5:
Bubble Tea

Bubble Tea also named ‘pearl milk tea’ and it was invented in Taiwan. In
Chinese culture, people like drinking hot water and hot tea as a daily habit. However,
the Taiwanese had changed this concept since the 1980s. They adopted the idea of
iced coffee in Japan and started to serve the cold tea in their bubble teashops. They
also created various flavours of cold tea, like fruit flavour, green tea, or black tea with
bubble, which are shaken with ice in a cocktail shaker.
The outstanding ingredient so-called ‘bubble’ is made with ‘tapioca’ and the taste
of it is consistent chewy and tasted like jelly. The bubble tea also consisted of a
mixture of syrup, honey, fresh fruit, milk, crushed ice, and tea. Sometimes, people like
topping off the drink with cream. Different teashops serve different bands of milk and
tea, so the taste of it in different shops should be different. Especially, the bubble is
also created in many flavours, some are transparent, some are soft to chew, and some
are harder, even some of them have different colours.
Therefore, bubble tea becomes a popular international trend in the tea market.
There’s no doubt that you can find more than one shop on the street in the world in the
coming future. That means you can enjoy the bubble drink anytime anywhere.
