Tournament Rules All FIFA Rules are in play as are FIFA Tie Breaker Rules; ~ All Games will be 12min halves, 5min warm up and 2 min. half time; ~ Following Point value Win 4pts, Tie 2pts, Loss 1pt. ~ Free Substitution allowed, no offside. Tie-breaker Procedure: 1. Head to head result; in the case of a draw or multi-way tie the following shall be applied to break the tie: 2. Goals differential exclusively involving tied teams only; 3. Goals against, exclusively involving tied teams only; 4. Goals for, exclusively involving tied teams only; 5. Goals differential involving all teams; 6. Goals against, involving all teams; 7. Goals for involving all teams. 8. Once the first tie-break in a multi-way tie has been resolved, additional ties will be resolved in the same format using the same sequence of procedures beginning with the head to head result. 9. PLAY OFF: In the play off stages if there is a tie at the end of the game: ~ 5 minutes extra time, golden goal; 10. If still equal then best of 3 penalty shootout, then sudden death. (The penalties should be taken by the players who finished the game.) TOURNAMENT FEES Please pay 3,000 baht per School upon registration. Medical Staff will be on hand for injuries and emergencies not for taping. REFRESHMENTS Snacks and Beverages will be provided for Coaches Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the snack bar throughout the day.
