SCOPE
Manager- Coordination is responsible for providing administrative support to the Chairman in effective decision making.

REPORTING:
Position reports to: The Chairman & CEO Reporting to the position: Executive Secretary

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collate MIS reports from various units and functional heads and present the same to Interpret MIS and analyze variance, adherence etc.. Act as an intermediary for better decision making. Liaison with various investors, stakeholders, clients etc. Keeping the Chairman informed and abreast of all the important / critical / Follow up with various functional heads, departments on the closures of aspects Maintain tracker of closures to be achieved.

Coordinate with Departmental Heads and prepare project reports as advised by the Keeping the chairman abreast of new project progress and follow up if required. Interacting with other departments (Legal, HR, Finance etc.) as per the instruction One point contact for the internal/external clients for meeting the Chairman. Perform other related duties as instructed by the Chairman time to time.
