Job Title:

Fund Operations & Accounts Associate(or Executive)


Job Purpose (Job Summary):
o Excellent opportunity for anyone with interest in the fast-paced and exciting field of
real estate/ funds management.
o The role is to assist the team with daily Fund/Special Purpose Vehicle operations and
manage fund accounting and tax aspects of the operation.
o GFantastic growth prospects with the intention to groom the hire to eventually take on
the role of a CFO.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
o Assist with the coordination of the quarterly reporting process for multiple
Funds/Special Purpose Vehicles, including preparation of quarterly reports, marketing
materials and internal presentation materials.
o Assist with Fund operations including appraisal process, investor communications
and compliance.
o Maintain working knowledge of Fund goals, objectives, and investment guidelines to
evaluate the portfolio impact of prospective acquisitions or dispositions
o Coordinate and liaise with service providers on Fund accounting, Fund
Administration, Tax, Legal and other matters.
o Assist in the development and execution of the Funds
Work Experience / Knowledge:
o At least 32-54 years in Fund Management/ Accounting/Tax environment
Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
o Strong written and oral communication skills
o Excellent interpersonal skills in a team oriented environment
o Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word
o Sense of urgency
o Solid understanding of real estate investment and accounting concepts
o Excellent analytical skills
o Attention to detail
o Strong organization skills
