Summary/Abstract This bills purpose is the creation of a Forestry Commission of Oceana and to set out their remits and powers. Article I Mission Statement
Section 1 The major purpose of the Forestry Commission of Oceana is to protect and preserve various heavily wooded areas in Oceana. Section 2 the Forestry Commission will oversee sustainable logging projects in Oceana. Section 3 The Forestry Commission will ensure that woodlands are well maintained and are available for leisurely use by the public. Section 3 The Forestry Commission will respect the ecosystem of woodlands making decisions

Article II Powers
Section 1 The Commission will have the power to purchase land Section 2 the power to impose regulations on the use of protected woodlands. Section 3 the power to run sustainable, soft-wood logging projects for commercial purposes. Section 3 the power to run environmental awareness campaigns.

Section 1 The Commissions budget is A70m
