    A special personal quality or power of an individual making him capable of influencing or inspiring large number of people. Charismatic leadership theory follower attribute heroic & extraordinary leadership abilities when observe certain behavior. Defined by Max Weber more than a century ago.

    Charismatic leaders are not born - we can cultivate it in any
    ways. One way is - observing and learning from charismatic peoples. Its a trial and error process.

    Charismatic leadership isnt effective & answer. Allowed own interest & personal goal of the organization. charismatic leader higher salaries even performance was mediocre.
