Dear Mrs L Dore and Mr David Hingley, I am writing to give you an emergency written notice to vacate the property (29 Llwynu Lane, Abergavenny, NP7 6HP) which We currently rent from yourself. Please accept this written notice in accordance with the tenancy agreement as my intention to vacate the property on 25 January 2013. Tibors mother had a serious accident on 16 January 2013. She is in the hospital at the moment, the doctors said she will be disabled and she must use a wheelchair in rest of her life. She has not got any living relatives just Tibor. She living in a second floor flat where is no disabled access. We must to moving back to Hungary to try to sort this problem, because we can not sort out from here. That is why we must to leave the property within this short period and We hope You understand our problem and if You be that kind to be disregard the next month rent which is due on 03/02/2013 it would be greatly appreciated. We will be cleaning the property to make sure to leave it in a good condition. We will remove our personal belongings . We look forward to hearing from you soon regarding these matters.
