Dear Alex & Sam,

This letter is a formal confirmation that Ms. Natalia Baizan has lived in my rental property Calle del
Amparo 101, 3A for five years. She moved in on September 1, 2017 and has a lease that expired on
June 30, 2022.

Natalia paid a rent of 400 euros/month including bills as well as a two-months deposit upon entering
and has always paid on time. I would have loved to renew her lease for another year if needed and am sad
to see her go. She is a good tenant in every respect, and I can vouch for her being responsible, respectful
and trustworthy as well as her getting along with all other tenants and neighbors housed at the same
address.
