We, Reynaldo C. Medina & Virginia C. Medina owner/seller of a property situated in Barangay
Laiya Aplaya, Municipality of San Juan Province of Batangas do hereby give the above Agent
the Authority To Offer my rights and liabilities for sale for the property described below at the
price and under the following conditions:

LOCATION: Brgy Laiya Aplaya, Municipality of San Juan Province of Batangas

LOT DESCRIPTION: Residential Beach Lot

LOT AREA (SQM): 250 sqm

SELLING PRICE:  P4,500,000 (Four Million Five Hundred Thousand)

TERMS OF PAYMENT:  CASH

OTHER CHARGES: Buyer will pay all the fees for transfer of ownership and Real Property Tax
since 2013.

VALIDITY: November 9 to December 31, 2017

This letter only covers the authority to offer to sell the above-described property in my behalf
and not the authority to sign any form of Deed of Absolute Sale or receive any payment in our
behalf.

Deed of Absolute Sale and payment transactions will be done between the buyer and us.

This authority will expire with the termination of the period stated, unless extended by the
undersigned in writing.

The agent shall protect and hold the undersigned free from any claims, obligations, from any
agent and agents registered under his network.
