    Dear Mr. Venkataramana,

    Thank you for your cooperation for all these months, As per our talk we had on 23rd of
    February 2022, I am providing this letter as a 31-day’s notice that I will be moving out
    of my rental unit on 31st March 2022, ending my lease that began on 3rd August 2021.
    This letter shall serve as my written notice of intent to vacate the premises.

    Please contact me at 8820582928/6291164348 to schedule a walk-through


    inspection. I expect my security deposit of Rs.20000 in totality where Rs. 7000 is the
    rent of March and another Rs.7000 as the painting charges so Rs.6000 to be refunded
    in full as my apartment is being left in good condition.
