SUBJECT : BIL CUKAI TAFSIRAN/ ASSESSMENT BILL 2023 AND QUIT RENT/
CUKAI PETAK

Please be informed that the Assessment Bill or Bil Cukai Tafsiran 2023 will be distributed by
WhatsApp and also individual unit mailboxes within these 2 to 3 days.

As for Quit Rent or Bil Cukai Petak, it will be distributed by next week Monday 13th Feb onwards.

In the future, the individual strata title Assessment Bill or Bil Cukai Tafsiran and Quit Rent or
Bil Cukai Petak of each individual unit will be referred to back to the unit owner’s
responsibilities and no longer be under Casa Subang Sdn Bhd.
