RE: BLOCK RECTIFICATION ON PLOT 2214.

Reference is made to a valuation report dated 13 th February 2023, under

Ref. number SYNERGY/CORR/002/CENTENARY/2023, wherein concern was
raised on account of a discrepancy of the Block allocation on Plot 2214
belonging to Mr. Nagasha Graham.
Subject to a thorough investigation into the matter and in consultation with
the records at the Ministry Zonal Office at Wakiso, we discovered that
indeed Plot 2214 was mis-plotted, that is, it is plotted as located on Block
187; as opposed to Block 186 Kyadondo.

In light of this, we are going to resubmit and reprocess the deed plans of
the subject plot for rectification and we commit to have this sorted in a
period of 2 weeks from now. However, the client will have to surrender the
duplicate Certificate of title since it references a Plot number and Block
number which will change after the rectification.

We regret any inconvenience caused, as this plottings is the responsibility

of the Ministry Zonal Office.
