RE: KYADONDO BLOCK 187 PLOT 2214 LAND AT KASANGATI

Reference is made to your letter dated 13/2/2023, regarding a valuation report

of the subject land, with particular reference to an application by Mr. Nagasha
Graham for a loan in your bank.
Your letter further requested Buganda Land Board to clarify whether the plot falls
on block 187 or 186 and if it falls on the latter, for a correction to be done in the
respective land office.

We would thus like to clarify as follows:

After a thorough investigation into the matter, we discovered that the earlier title
showed that the land falls on Block 187, however, our results confirm that the
land falls on block 186. This was due to an anomaly in the land office during
plotting.
We, therefore, are going to reprocess the job and have it plotted on the right
block upon which a new title will be processed. Afterwards, we shall have the
erroneous title cancelled. We commit to have this process concluded in a period
of 2 weeks from now.

We deeply regret any incoveniences caused.
