Sub: Early Termination of Apartment Lease Agreement (XXXXXXXXX)

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I'm requesting you to kindly take this as formal notice, that I'll be discontinuing the lease because of
an unexpected circumstance. The agreement for the apartment number XXX in XXXX XXXX, XXth
Street, XXXXXXX Area, XXXX was effective as on XXth June 2022. I am bound to take this
immediate action as my current work sponsor has transferred my base location to XXXXX and has
been asked to report to the new location in short notice.

Considering the above situation, I am requesting you to kindly do the necessary to cancel the
agreement and waive me from any responsibilities of the agreement hereafter and refund the deposit,
if applicable.
