    RE: NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF LEASE AGREEMENT

    We refer to the above-captioned subject and write to notify you that we intend to terminate the Lease Agreement
    that we have with you concerning a fully furnished 2 Bed-roomed Apartment number 26 located in the Housing
    Complex situated on plot number 27500, Lilayi Road – Lilayi, Lusaka

    Our Director – Sales & Marketing; Mr. Karthick Raghupathy who had occupied this apartment has been
    reassigned to our Guyana Campus in South America. Hence our decision to terminate the lease agreement with you
    and vacate your apartment by 30th June 2023.

    Furthermore, we request you kindly accept the notice for vacation and also be available for the handover on Friday
    30th June 2023.

    We wish to thank you for the good relationship we have maintained and would like to continue the same in the
    future if a chance arises.
