One issue we faced when making the prelim was that we thought we had filmed more footage than

wee actually had, due to a confusion during filming. As a result we had less footage than we initially intended in the script. We overcame this problem by having Sonny and Lauryn both the camera people to make sure that the camera is filming when we intend and to check over the footage when it came to making the opening sequence.

Some of the shots in the prelim were very long and felt boring, which was a problem we resolved in the opening sequence by making sure to get an excess of shots from, different angles and such to ensure that we could cut shots at different sections to make what would be one long shot, lots of different, more interesting shots.

Some shots such as this one didnt focus on the characters face and didnt have them in the centre. This was an issue because we were filming in a very tight space to get an over the shoulder shot, so we resolved this in the opening by only using over the shoulder shots when there was plenty of room behind the characters, and also by thinking more carefully about our locations.

The credits looked very unprofessional, and there was no soundtrack used. This was mainly a limitation of the technology we were using, as we were using iMovie, a very basic program. In the opening sequence, we used an array of programs, starting with Final cut to actually edit the video, but also Garage band to create the soundtrack, and LiveType to create professional looking titles.
