Analysis of the first 45-50 BPPs below are the reasons for rejection to offshore:

A. Rejection due to offshore assumptions B. Rejection due to unexpected data C. Rejection due to oversight D. Rejection due to lack of Review By reviewing these information and discussion with the team we have come out with a proposal to put forth to eradicate this issue in the future:

PROPOSAL

Onsite team to provide Test Data before requesting for execution of BPP
Document number, screen shot, complete text and CC, PC data

Field/Key/Account values to be confirmed by the Target team before execution of BPP

Screen shots to be provided by the onsite team if any corrections to be performed

If any inputs are missed, status mail will contain the reason and details of issue faced in recording If Onsite team feels that the BPP is not complete, please reject the BPP and pass it on to offshore team
