Practice 29: The School Event Last week, my school held a big concert.

There were many people attended the concert including my lovely parents. The school also invited the Head Village, Mister Ishak to the concert. The principal welcomed him and the audience with a warm speech before the concert. Azlina and her friends also involved in a performance. They were in choir team. The other performances are traditional Malay dance and Indian dance. Everyone cheered and clapped to the excellent performance. After the performances end, everyone in the hall felt hungry. So, they all went to the dining room to eat. All of them were enjoying the food. They all felt happy. They hoped the concert will be held again.

Practice 30: Its Time to Celebrate Last Saturday, Siew Lings family was so busy. They were busy cleaning and decorating their house. They decorated their house because they wanted to celebrate Chinese New Year. Uncle Adam, who wears a t-shirt, is wiping the dirty window using a piece of cloth. During the eve, Siew Ling and her family went to their grandparents house. Their grandparents welcomed them happily. They had their dinner there. They enjoyed the diner together. Siew Lings family woke up early to celebrate Chinese New year. Siew Lings family wore new clothes. The new cloth is red in colour. Siew Lings grandparents gave the packets of money. The packets are also red in colour. They were happy because they were able to celebrate Chinese New Year together.
