1. What is feedback: Process of sharing observations of behaviour with an intention of improving performance of an individual 2. Why feedback is important? To improve 3. Focus on the behavior, not person! 4. It involves sharing of information rather than giving advice. 5. Feedback needs to take into account the needs of the receiver!
