Dear Pastor_________________________ William R. Davie Middle School is very proud of the success that we have experienced in the last year. Our teachers, students and parents have worked collectively to improve our school. As you know, it takes the entire village to educate a child. Because we want to do more and include more community leaders and citizens, we would like to extend to you and congregation an invitation to partner with us. What would this partnership entail? In short we would like to bring our school to your community. We would like to offer tutoring to the Middle School age students in your church and community. We will provide materials and teachers to ensure the success of the program. We would only require space to operate in. We are dedicated to providing as many learning opportunities for our students as possible. This opportunity would allow the village to more actively engaged in educating our students. Our Administrators, teachers and parent specialist are prepared to visit your church to do a formal presentation during your worship service, or business or conference meeting. Our children deserve the best, and how fitting is it the school, church and community uniting for the good of the church.
