    The Himachal (Lesser Himalayas)

    The famous hill stations like Simla, Mussoorie, Nainital, Chakrata and Ranikhet. These hill stations are situated in the Himachal ranges at an attitude between 1500 and 2000 mts. The range to the south of the Himadri is known as Himachal. The average height of this range is 4000 mts. This range is covered by evergreen Oak and Coniferous forests.
