Sunny Side Up EggMcCupcakes

English muffins seem to work best Ingredients 1 egg per serving 1-2 tablespoons of Meat chunks per serving (honey baked ham, lunch meat, precooked bacon) We are using honey baked ham 1-2 tablespoons shredded cheese per serving (sliced cheese will also work) 1 Roll or english muffin per serving (even bread if needed) Cupcake liners (for Teflon cupcake tray only) otherwise, just use cooking spray

Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 350 F for more even cooking, but 375 in youre in a hurry 2. Line you cupcake tray with cupcake liners (if you have a Teflon tray) and spray lightly with cooking spray. Take them out of the cupcake wrappers (if they were used) and place onto toasted English muffin (or the other breads) 10. Eat and enjoy!
