GUEST SPEAKER: Walter Ozawa
Mr. Ozawa is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with 30 years of commissioned service and a former battalion commander of the famous 100th Battalion, 442nd infantry. His last assignment was as deputy commander of the Pacific U.S. Army Reserve. Mr. Ozawa also served as Administrative Director and Deputy Administrative Director of the Courts for the Hawaii Judiciary from 2001 until his retirement at the end of December 2010. In retirement, he currently serves as trustee at the Mid -Pacific Institute, trustee of the Moiliili Community Center, a trustee with the Hawaii Army Museum Society and various veterans organizations and programs.
