    1. Geoff spoke to Chris Pleasant about what he saw when an annular was closed but Chris did not remember which annular or many details. 2. Bob Walsh confirmed with drillers that the ST locks on the BOP were normally left open and not operated while the BOP was on the bottom. 3. Ewen obtained the tally book and spoke to Ron Guidry but Ron did not remember if he changed the 103 solenoid or tested the circuit. The tally book was attached. 4. Modu Spec stated they did not physically check documents about the battery source but relied on crew information and probably would have looked at records if working for the customer. 5. Five 9-volt battery
