Sir: Good Day! The BS Psychology Major in Industrial Psychology students would like to request permission to conduct a research study in your company. We are currently enrolled at Bohol Island State University- Main Campus, Tagbilaran City and we are in the process of writing our Psychological Research. The is entitled EMPLOYEES EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND TASK PRODUCTIVITY IN METRO CENTRE HOTEL. We hope that your administration will allow us to recruit the employees in your hotel from your respective departments to complete a 5-page questionaire (copy enclosed). Due to the nature of the sutdy, we would also like to ask a copy of the performance appraisal of your employees. If approval is granted, employee participants will complete the survey in room or other quiet setting in your site at any time convenient to your employees. The survey process should take no longer than an hour. The survey results will be pooled for the thesis project and individual results of this study will remain absolutely confidential. No costs will be incurred by either your company or the individual particpants. Your approval to conduct this study will be greatly appreciated. We will follow up with a telephone call next week and would be happy to answer any questions or concerns that you may have at that time.
