JOB SPECIFICATION
Job

specification describes the qualification, knowledge, experience, abilities and skills which are important and crucial in carrying out duties of a particular job successfully.

The components of job specification:


Qualification-

the type of degrees, training or certification which a required for a particular post specific types of knowledge which are requires for certain post the number of years in a particular field or job which prospective candidates are expected to have and skills- that are pertinent to successfully perform specific jobs

the nature of work of a certain position such as: - the responsibilities - duties - functions - tasks that come with post.

Process Engineer
Responsibilities: - provides solutions on engineering problems - develops programmes/techniques to evaluate new materials for quality and cost improvement - assists in overall sustainance of yield, quality and productivity - handles other tasks and duties as and when requested by supervisor

Graphic Designer
Responsibilities: - produces graphic design for print, internet and other media - converts scamps and briefs into attractive designs - performs other duties as assigned

Skills
Skills

are certain learned abilities or expertise that are proven valuable to the position applied for and the company the employee will be working for of learned skills:
