. Reflection: January 15, 2013. The day of January 15, 2013, was officially my first at the School center for the English Education Practice Teaching. I was expecting this day throughout my entire bachelor in English Secondary Education. There were a lot of questions surrounding this day. For example: What school is it going to be? What grade Im going to teach? How is it going to be the experience with the Cooperating Teacher? Are the students going to enjoy my lessons? Just to name a few. So at the time I arrived to the center, I was very confident this was going to be a great experience. I was full of confidence by the fact that all the things I heard from the school were positive. The school personal, faculty and student population were really nice to get to know. So at the end of the day, I was also very happy to meet the group Im going to be teaching. It seems a group of very promising students. They enjoy participating in class and are not afraid to talk in English. I even had the opportunity to present myself to the group and share a quote related to the teachers reflection quote. It was interesting seeing the different dynamics on the three groups I got to observe, although all of them were ninth grade. For the last group I observe in the day, we had to change to another classroom for the security of a student that had an accident in the school the last week. It was interesting to see how the teacher adapted the class to the circumstances. He forgot that he had to change to another classroom and he had all the material copied on the board, but he manages to dictate the exercise and have the students written it in their notebooks. I have a lot of expectations on this new journey, I hope that results for the best of my soon to be students and my professional carrier.
