4 Pelican Bay, Tanant County, Texas, has been foreclosed due to
nonpaymentof taxes; and

WHEREAS, at a tax sale,the high bid for such property was $6100.00of which the
8 City would receive$1409.85;and

t0 WHEREAS, Azle IndependentSchoolDistrict hasapprovedthe high bid, and the City

Council desiresto approvesuchsale;NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PELICAN BAY.

16 Section1: THAT the saleof the abovedescribedproperty for $6100.00is hereby

approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign conveyance
