Welcome Awards

Discussion
Ben welcomed all the councillors to this our very last school council meeting of 2013. Ben informed council that there are only 3 days until the school council awards celebration. Fridays assembly will be very special for the councillors. There will be councillor of the Year award, Handing over of the chairperson role and 2 highly commended awards. Ben asked council to ensure smart uniform, no trainers and badges to be worn. Take pride in who we are, we must continue to be excellent role models for the rest of the school. Issue about Year 6 dinners was raised Yoghurt still on the windows.

Bethany will discuss with Mrs Harris. Mrs Pit, Ben and Bethany will clean windows immediately after meeting.

Ben thanked all the councillors for their hard work and Mrs Pitt for her support. Mrs Pitt thanked Ben who has been an outstanding chairperson, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

The council discussed their highlights of the year. These include, rice challenge, helping hands and red nose day! Ben dismissed the meeting at 925am and shook everyones hands to say a huge well done everyone!
