Traditional ILT is a structured method of training that is delivered to you face-to-face, offering a high degree of interaction, flexibility, and hands-on learning. ILT can be delivered in several ways:
Traditional classroom Virtual online classroom Satellite broadcast Online mentoring
On-the-job training (OJT)
When ILT is impractical or your access to computers is limited, OJT becomes the preferred method of delivering needed skills.
