Shaykh Abdus-Salaam Burjis On The Book Rifqaan Ahlus-Sunnah

Question: There is a question some brothers have brought forth it is regarding the new book of his excellence Sheikh Abdul Mohsin al Abaad. This book has been distributed in Arabic and in English. And there is with great regret a warning against it and against spreading it. So we would like your guidance in this mater. The noble sheikh, Dr Abdus Salam Barjus may Allah preserve him answered: Many people from various countries phoned me asking me about this book my answer was - (Ina lilahi wa ina elayhi rajioon) to Allah we belong and to him we return this is the beginning it is a clear deviation from those youth. Is the likes of Abdus Salam bin Barjas asked about Sheikh Abdul Mohsin Al Abaad??? Subhan Alllah al Adheem!! To his degree!! The abominations have changed I am the last one to be asked about the likes of sheikh Abdul Mohsin al Abaad . Sheikh Abdul Mohsin al Abaad is the head of Sunnah rather I do not know anyone in this time, in this era more knowledgeable in the Sunnah of the prophet may his peace and blessings be upon him than Sheikh Abdul Mohsin al Abaad. I say that in reality. So do they want also to destroy sheikh abdul Mohsin al Abaad and pass judgement on him also they will not reach that in sha Allah. So asking me and the likes of me about sheikh Abdul Mohsin al abaad is degrading ahlu sunnah wal Jammat and disrespecting sheikh Abdul Mohsin al Abaad what he wrote is in agreement with the book and the Sunnah as for the one who criticizes the book using as evidence maybe the saroorioon and others will benefit from it then such a person is an astrayed Dajaal in his statement because the people of falsehood could use the book of Allah ( for their deviation). So should we burn the book of our Lord because the khawaarij depend on it (to prove their deviation) or because the Mu`tazalite depend on it. A person upon the truth would not say this rather a person of hawaa (desires) would say it. So the book of the Sheikh is good, clear in its intention and its purpose. If the sheikh abdul Mohsin al Abaad or other than him from the scholars took an opinion in a matter and some students of knowledge took a different opinion in the same matter. Then the matter is returned to the book and the sunnah. It is not possible from this issue to make the sheikh astray, or look bad because this issue, from where all the difference have risen the saying of the sheikh Abdul Mohsin al Abaad and the likes of him are closer to the truth, because they are closer to the book and the sunnah, rather they are the people of the Book and the sunnah I say that by way of example. As for this book of the sheikh then it is good, excellent, and it should be read and whoever refutes him like his name is Fowzi al Athari al Bahraini his refutation is poor,

and incorrect and I ask Allah most high guidance for him. He is from our brothers but he has erred in this refutation a very great erroneous mistake may allah fix him and guide him and upon him is to seek knowledge and start with the small knowledge before the big knowledge because it is not possible for a person in his situation to plunge into the knowledge when he does not know the beginning and smaller of this knowledge. We ask Allah for him and the rest of our brothers steadfastness upon the sunnah and insight to the plots of Ahlul Biddah and Ahlul Hawaa against Ahlu sunnah wal Jamat.
