PROJECT SAFE AND SOUND We value well-mannered fearlessness. Program Description Bullying is the use of force or coercion to abuse or intimidate others and is an aggressive behavior that is intentional and hurtful. It takes many forms, including hitting, punching, intimidation, and social exclusion and sending insulting messages via email, text messages and the Internet (wikipedia). This program allows participants to protect themselves and others, as well.

Objectives To give tips in handling bullies. To encourage prevention of future bullying. To persuade others to intervene and stop bullying.

Activities Discussion Sharing Presentation of Facts about Bullying Tips in Handling Bullies Releasing Negative Energies brought about by Being Bullied Expressive Therapy Closing Activity

Target Participants The program can accommodate a small group of twenty to fifty adolescents and teenagers who experience bullying to ensure that everyone will be given attention.
