Wash and clean the mint and coriander leaves. In a blender add mint,coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, sugar, onions, lemon juice Grind it till chutney turns smooth. Take tamarind juice in a bowl add chaat masala mix well then add sugar mix again. If required add colour. Now boil this mixture for 5min and cool it down and use it.
