    The weekly meeting of the Automation Project - A team was held on June 10 in the Project Room at 1:00 pm. Most members were present except Shane, who was sick. Progress updates were provided on various machining and fixture tasks. Additional material may be needed from the scrap yard. The computer contact will meet with the team on Tuesday. Scott will now attend meetings on Thursdays. Everyone must update the project Gantt chart and plan for potential issues. Safety protocols were reminded and the status of equipment was discussed.     Trevor: Finishing his frame Machining plate Geoff: Continue machining Erik/Scott Putting fixtures on table Table on motor Vacuums on table Begin working on communications Matt: Mounting his frame Determining spacing required Doing some machining Contribution forms for everyone in group are due June 20 Another trip is being made to the scrap yard, but the only thing that we may need is aluminum extrusion John gave us permission to use the bulletin board Computer guy, Dave, is in Tuesday so we can talk to him about what we need for our computers Scott will now be in on Thursdays to work on the project Everyone needs to update the Gantt chart Need contingency plans for when things should go wrong

    Reminder: No flip flops or shorts in project room John is checking the status of the spot welder The website will be made on a computer and given to John so he can have it uploaded on the 6th of August Fasteners are in the MSE room and hopefully will be moved to the storage room soon
