2. We also went by the ff places where we once dropped our profile, to follow up:

3. We also dropped off our profile in other companies that we could not in the past.

4. Rolyn Engineering enquired on a machine 1840. A quotation was sent out to them for a rental of
2days.
5. Mr. Nkomo from Bambanani confirmed that he will place the order for the load test.
6. Mr. Patrick (regional manager of Massmart) sent a form with maintenance costs for us to fill in
and send back to him.

Wednesday
1. We dropped off invoices at the Bafokeng concentrator and also introduced ourselves to Lefentse
who is the acting foreman.
2. Went to deliver an invoice at Bathopele but the foreman was on sick leave and would only be back
on Friday.

3. Rolyn Eng. Confirmed their payment and the machine was delivered to them.

4. Gave Itumeleng who is a contractor at Bakubung, a courtesy call as we could not help him with a rental
machine previously. He is sorted for now but will call when he needs something.
Thursday
1. Went to deliver parts at Eland and we introduced ourselves to an engineering Manager called
Tebogo Kapeng.
2. Also delivered an invoice at K1 and introduced ourselves to Siya the foreman.
Friday
1. We went to go see Mr. Nkomo at Bambanani, he confirmed that he did send the order of the
load test to procurement and we should receive it early next week. We also spoke to him about
acquiring a new machine as they are using 1 machine as a shaft. He said they will look into it
maybe next year as the year has already ended.
2. Rolyn Engineering has extended their rental with another day.
3. Went to deliver an invoice at Bathopele and met the acting forman Miss Plantina.
4. Went to follow up with Lethabo Mining Solutions (open pit mine kroondal Road). They explained
that they are still on phase 1 of the mine, should they need machines they will call and enquire.
5. Mr. Patrick called and responded to our maintenance prices. He complained that they are too
high for the retail market and asked that we revise them.
