croquettes stuffed with lochbyre sausage with a smoky tomato salsa (all served with a side of whisky jelly) mains cairnhill ribeye steak with arran mustard dauphinoise potato, seasonal vegetables and bordelaise sauce(3 supplement) stuffed pork belly with apple and stornoway black pudding on a colcannon mash, thistly cross cider cream, topped with crisp leeks peat smoked haddock on a Scottish baby potatoes and green beans with poached egg and hollandaise sauce
parsnip and red onion rosti, topped with spinach, blue cheese, beetroot and walnut and a roast vegetable and rosemary puree

(all served with a nip of the malt of the month) desserts cranachan cheesecake with raspberry and elderflower coulis pears poached in whisky and red wine served with galloway ice cream and butterscotch sauce selection of Scottish cheeses with arran oatcakes and a fig and mango chutney (all served with coffee and whisky tablet)
