Both shows poorly defined corticomedullary parenchymal echotexture and appears hyperchoic. Both central echocomplexes are normal with no calcification nor separation seen.

Urinary bladder is well distended exhibiting smooth and non-thickened walls-there are no abnormal instraluminalechoes observed. Impression Bilateral renal Parenchymal disease Minimal ascites is also noted in the hepatorenal, splenorenal and pelvic areas.

Right Kidney approximately measures 8.3 x 3.2 cm with CT thickness of 0.99cm while the left kidney measures 8.6 x 4.0cm with CT of 0.79cm. No lithiasis or hydronephrosis is noted, bilaterally.
