The source from where the message is coming should be very right or trustworthy. Otherwise the audience/receiver will not pay attention on it.

Concrete

The speaker should use specific facts and ideas. The speaker should avoid to use decorating any ideas.

Courtesy

Courtesy involves you attitude. The speaker should be as polite as it can be.

Use polite words.

The message should be straight, open frank, and outspoken.

It should not be hurting particular individual.
