(i) It is learnt that the questions declared as having discrepancies are being eliminated thus reducing the number of questions and thereby depriving the candidate of the better probability of scoring marks for every such question. It is suggested that after the elimination of such questions from the paper, the weightage for the questions leftover should be adjusted to the Max marks of the question paper. Eg:- If the question paper has 100 questions and out of them 10 are eliminated due to discrepancies, then the marks for the 90 should be weighed for 100 questions ie 100/90=1.11 marks for each for each right answer and 0.27 marks for the wrong answer. The above method may be adapted to ensure that no candidate suffers the discrepancies that took place in the composition of the question paper and answer key, in which, he or she was not a part of. (ii) It is requested that the questions having more than one answer may be considered positively and the benefit may be passed on the candidate accordingly.
