    Please refer to this office letter of even number dated 12.O8.2}13foltowed by reminder dated 19.08.2013 and 26.8.2013 requesting all the Circles to furnish the relieving ind joining status of the JTOs promoted to SDE Grade, to this office latest by 30.08.2013. iloweyer, th6 report sought for has not so far been received from most of the circles.

    from/joined in your circles on promotion to SDE Grade be submiited to this office without any further delay and by 10.09.2013 without fail so that the status of implementation of promotion order under reference is submitted for a comprehensive appraisal/reviewal by CMD, bSrul. some of the officers transfened from their bircles to other Circles, 'it is clarified that wherever administratively feasibte, such requests have atready been considered and acceded to by the Management. Accordingly, refierences received from Circle Heads in this regard stand disposed off. However, in exce-ptional.cases, especially in core service areas where Circle Heads are of the view that retention is still required for a limited period, say for a few months, for facilitating a smooth take over by the incumbents posted at the place of transferred officers, the proposal for such minimal tases be framed afresh based on service need by the concerned CGM and sent to this office for being further examined and considered on merit.

    As submission of report has been badly delayed, Director(HR) has expressed his immense displeasure on it and desired that the report in respect of the officers relieved
