NCS Recruitment and Communications Officer 15k 18k Consume with Experience Fixed term contract until December 2014 The NCS Recruitment and Communications Officer role will be part of a team of skilled individuals tasked with delivering the National Citizen Service initiative in the Warrington locality. You will play a vital role in recruiting and retaining young people onto the program. This will include developing excellent communication links with the young people, parents and carers through social media, phone calls and mail shot correspondence. Reporting to the NCS Coordinator you will work in a challenging and fast paced environment, processing all recruitment related paperwork and arranging appointments for the team to visit young people and their families. Alongside this you will be responsible for all admin duties relating to NCS including maintaining and updating a complex database which provides information for our funders regarding our progress.
