Log in to AS Psychology on MOODLE Read both pages of the e Psychology Review December 12 on MOODLE then complete the following Open a word document and write your name and Zombies and Psychology 1. In no more than 2 sentences summarise how the evolutionary approach explains the impact Zombies have on us (3 marks) 2. In no more than 2 sentences summarise how the psychodynamic approach explains the impact Zombies have on us (3 marks) 3. Create a tally chart that allows you to record how many times you see examples of behaviour that relate to evolutionary or psychodynamic explanations of the effects of the impact Zombies have on us (1 mark) 4. Watch Sean of the Dead or an alternative film on Zombies and tally as many examples of the behaviours as you can. 5. Write a summary of your findings in relation to these explanations. (3 marks) 6. Pick either the Evolutionary or Psychodynamic approach and do some research using your AS textbook or internet into a behaviour of your choice e.g. causes of stress, effects of anxiety on recall of information. Make a note of the books/website youve used (1 mark) 7. Write no more than 400 words (word processed) on the strengths and weaknesses of this approach in its explanation of the behaviour youve chosen. (9 marks) 8. Hand in or email the work to your teacher by the start of your first lesson in Psychology.
