Q. What is the purpose of the Event?
A. Event will be totally based on research projects and to create links between
engineers and industry.

Q. Who should attend?

A. Event is divided into two sections.
1. For F.Sc / H.Sc / A-Level / O-Level Students who want to pursue
their career in Engineering. There will be Career Counselling
also.
2. For the BS / BE / MS / ME / Ph.D level students and researchers.

Q. In BS / BE / MS / ME / Ph.D level, which disciplines of engineering are

preferred?
A. Materials Science covers vast disciplines of engineering. Following are the
preferred ones:

Q.Is there any cost for attending the Event?

A. Yes but the cost is covering all your expenses, you can count this in as
FREE. 400 Rupees will be charged for each participant. This cost will include
Transportation from Islamabad to GIKI and back, accommodation, concert, and
a Grand Dinner.

Q. Can I attend this Event for Free?

A. Yes you can attend this conference as Free if you are the fifth member of the
team. Every fifth participant from the same institute is totally FREE.

Q. Do I need to have a research paper to present?

A. It is optional. If you want to present or not it’s totally upto you, but please
inform us so that we can make arrangements accordingly.

Q. Are industries also participating in the conference?

A. Yes, Many local and multi-national companies and their representatives will
be there. They will also offer internships to the active students.
