Dear Chairman Obey and Ranking Member Lewis:

I am requesting funding for the Morgan County, AL Sheriffs Office for fiscal year 2010
in the Commerce, Justice, Science and Related Agencies Appropriations bill. The entity to
receive funding for this project is the Morgan County, AL Sheriff's Office, located at 119 Lee
Street NE, Decatur, AL 35601.

The funding would be used for law enforcement technology equipment and upgrades.
