Catalogue Sources Annotation Form


This form is to be used as a way to help you organise your research findings and to help identify the sources you wish to select, de-select or discard for your catalogue. For each item that you find whether it is a magazine article, chapter from a book, internet source, DVD extra etcyou will need to: 1) Print or copy the relevant information from the item (not possible if a DVD extra so make notes
directly onto this form instead)

2) Summarise the key information and any relevant quotations that you can use on this template 3) Attach to the print or copy and file in your folder. You will be expected to submit a completed form for each item at your 1 to 1s, without this it will be very difficult for both you and your teacher to identify what is helpful about the item and what content you can use in your presentation to help you answer your focus question.
