I work very well with others and have done over 30+ hours in community service. I am also bilingual which helps me communicate with Spanish speakers and I help them understand what their job is or what to do.

LEADERSHIP

I was a supervisor at Alcalas Grass & Co. and I have proven my leadership by firing workers who cause problems at job sites and make it an unsafe place for other of the companies workers.
