SUPPLY VOLTAGE IP PROTECTION

FOLLOWING INSPECTION / TESTS were carried out on the equipment at our works on 25.09.2013, and observations are noted as under. PHYSICAL / VISUAL INSPECTION: a) Dimensions of main control panel, Pushbutton Control Station were found as per drawings. b) The operator control and indications meters etc. components on the front of Panel and Control Station were found ok. c) The internal component layout, mounting sturdiness, clearances etc. to be as per drawing except as mention in Remark coloum. d) Necessary number and type of components are found to be OK. e) Overall workmanship and engineering practices followed are good and as per industry standard. OPERATIONAL AND CONTROL LOGIC TESTS: 1) INCOMER 2) DC DRIVE MODULE modes and : SFU operation is found OK. : Operation of DC Drives found to be OK under various at various Speed. The OPC function was found OK.

Overall operation and control functions of the panels are found OK and as per specifications and requirement.
